The contractual framework for engagements.
The version that applies to a mission is the one attached to the quote you sign.
Engagement framework
Each engagement is covered by a detailed quote (scope, approach, duration, price) and, for tests, signed rules of engagement. Work only starts after written agreement on these documents.
Pricing and billing
Services are billed on a single day rate of €1,100 (excl. VAT), based on the number of days agreed in the quote. Payment terms are specified on each quote and invoice.
Confidentiality
Information exchanged and engagement results are strictly confidential. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
Authorisation and liability
No test is carried out without written authorisation from an entitled person and a validated scope. The client warrants that they hold the necessary rights over the tested systems. Liability is framed by the contract specific to each engagement.
